"Hands-on Solutions Architect saving time and money by innovating and adopting technology that makes systems work better."
I am an insightful and prolific Solutions Architect and Network Operations Specialist that effectively aligns investments with business objectives that lead to the desired results and save money.
My expertise lies in optimizing current infrastructures and determining which new technologies allow for scalability and growth, ensuring adoption of only the best in technological change and advances.
I have a talent for resolving complex problems. Something in me has always led me in the direction of discovery. This curiosity has pushed me to learn, grow, and contribute. Finding new and better ways to use current technology, and when that does not work, innovating new ways to do it better, faster, and cheaper – but never sacrificing quality.
I also have a talent for leading teams. Leadership can be a difficult balancing act, but one I have mastered. My hands-on management style attracts – and retains - high-performance teams as well as empowers employees and advances learning, leading to greater productivity and a stronger foundation on which to build the future.
Automated manual workflows, such as account onboarding, loan processing, and fraud detection, working with cross-functional teams to identify and implement automation opportunities with the latest fintech automation trends and technologies, and currently maintaining the underwriting platform, increasing the number of applications processed without increasing the amount of manpower.
As CTO of this innovative company, I designed, built, and manage a credit application portal that facilitates funding decisions for customers from numerous lenders.
Spearheading the project, I defined the scope, directed the gathering of business requirements, created test paths, and oversaw all business readiness activities for this consumer financing solution with an easily accessible and very user-friendly online interface for many retail vertical markets.
Through effective management of project timelines and resources, I ensured requirements were understood, dependencies were defined, a feasible design was developed, and the solution was successfully implemented.

I began with Brainstorm, a leading “edutainment” company, as the Director of IT. Working with one in house programmer and one network engineer, we launched upgraded and new systems designs that allowed for growth, scalability, increased performance and reduced costs - all while offering the user the same reliable service they have come to expect.
Answering directly to the CTO and VP of sales and marketing, I currently manage a staff of 10 remote programmers, application engineers, web developers and support personnel. Employing a unique approach to managing offshore personnel, I save time and money.

With ISP Alliance, I oversaw the development of engaging interactive websites and innovative tools directing a team of talented programmers, web developers, and artists.
Under my direction, we deployed projects that maximized operations, solutions delivery, infrastructure, governance, and security accompanied with quality documentation and business process models.
Key to the success of the projects was the incorporation of control measures that increased transparency in communications with stakeholders and facilitated the completion of assigned tasks, on time and within budget.

Aggressively recruited to complete infrastructure programming for Earthcall Communications, I was retained to serve as network manager, database administrator, and a T1 engineer.
The hallmark of my time here were initiatives I devised that increased call center productivity by 300% with a cutting-edge system allowing customers to manage calling cards through a web based portal, unheard of at the time. Adding further value, the systems also reduced labor costs by 75%.
